What do I pay?
A one-time recruitment and set-up fee for each hire, then one fixed monthly fee per team member that covers their salary and our service fee.
Which roles can you hire?
Finance and accounting, HR, admin, and IT and software roles. Ask us if you need a role that is not listed.
Is 88STAFF a BPO?
88STAFF is a Philippine outsourcing company. A traditional BPO runs the work for you. We build an offshore team of dedicated remote workers who report to you and follow your processes.
Where are your staff based?
Our office is in Cebu City, Philippines, for onsite and hybrid roles. We hire anywhere in the country for remote roles.
Can my team work US or Australian hours?
Yes. The team works US overlap hours or full US hours.
How do you keep my data secure?
We use secured data storage and applications and office security, on top of data security training for all team members.
What happens if a hire isn’t the right fit?
We offer a free replacement for any hire who leaves or does not meet your expectations within the first 6 months.
